MILKOWSKI RESIDENCE - BROOKLINE, NH

This unique, 2800 sf. Contemporary “Shingle-Style” country manor is located on a small mountaintop on the site of an abandoned granite quarry. A principal goal was to integrate the home with the site, and to retain views of the pond and its magnificent granite ledge backdrop from as many rooms as possible. RDA provided master planning, architecture and interior architecture services. Highly custom design features were integrated throughout the house, making extensive use of wood, stone and ceramic detailing.
